Good night drink

  • 1 tsp Hormone Harmony
  • 2 dl warm pea/oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Cardamom to taste

Do this
Mix the superfood powder, spices and milk in a saucepan and stir. Heat gently, season with honey. Drink and enjoy!
